The January 6 committee found that Bannon spoke with Trump at least twice on January 5, then used his broadcast to berate Pence and demand that he 'run the play.' Navarro described the Green Bay Sweep as a plan in which Pence would delay certification while Bannon used asserted fraud claims. The report concluded the intended end state was to overturn the election result.
