A March 5, 2025 White House waiver allowed David Sacks, as a special government employee, to participate in specified digital-asset policy matters after disclosed divestitures; it described remaining indirect crypto interests as under 0.1%, no more than 0.36%, and about 0.03% of the relevant portfolios and barred specified new digital-asset acquisitions. The waiver is not a finding of misconduct.
