The October 21, 2025 second amended complaint in Hurlock v. Kelsier Ventures alleges that the named defendants used Melania Trump's name and likeness in a coordinated $MELANIA pump-and-dump scheme and alleges that named plaintiff John Winslow incurred an approximate $10,000 net loss. The pleading identifies Melania Trump as a relevant non-party, does not name her as a defendant, and expressly says plaintiffs do not allege that the public figures whose branding was used were culpable.
