House report separates restitution, forfeiture and fines for clemency recipients

Back to results

House Judiciary Democratic staff's appendix lists $1,097,902,363 in restitution, $350,716,404 in forfeiture and $204,812,218 in fines. Its restitution column is not a verified unpaid balance canceled by pardons: the report includes requested restitution for Trevor Milton and identifies Joseph Lewis's restitution as already paid.
